1999 Southern Aircraft Sales was founded in Christchurch, New Zealand. The business operated part time in trading and leasing light aircraft.
2003 The business was incorporated and digitised and with considerable full time drive Southern Aircraft Sales Ltd (SASL) quickly became a leading aviation brokerage across New Zealand / Australia / South Pacific region.
2004 Aircraft valuation professional services were added to SASL brokerage services.
2005 International aircraft delivery services were added to SASL brokerage services.
2012 Classified adverts were added to SASL services in tandem with the traditional brokerage.
2015 Classified advertising on a worldwide scale became the primary business.
Our founder Justin Sollitt reflects;

Ironically today all of what SASL was dong has become the global industry standard."
