Aircraft comes with a new annual. Everybody who flies it comments what a good performer it is.

Propeller has 718 hours to run.
I recently did the MoGas STC but I haven't flown it on auto fuel yet.
The aircraft is normally hangered at the maintenance facility and any issue is addressed right away.
